I believe I bring a practical and pragmatic approach to identifying solutions for improving safety performance.  I have significant leadership experience and am able to build strong relationships with people at all levels in an organisation.  I like to bring an enthusiastic, flexible, can-do attitude into the workplace and have a passion for delivering systems and solutions that work for everyone.

With over 30 years’ experience gained in safety, process safety, operations, and continuous improvement within manufacturing and industrial sectors my work focuses on helping companies develop a culture that will enable them to achieve an improved safety performance.  I support clients by improving EHS management systems, developing progressive relationships with regulatory authorities, and implementing cultural change which all result in reduced accident rates and improved EHS performance.  I especially enjoy the challenge of helping companies simplify systems to involve everyone to be part of working safer.

My career began as a Chemical Engineer acquiring 15 years’ operational and continuous improvement experience within the chemical industry.  I have subsequently spent over 15 years in Health and Safety management both as an employee and in a contracting/consultancy capacity.
